We have a large fabrication facility that gives us the ability to produce not only standard products but also custom products. Using state-of-the-art 3D Cad software, we design products that our customers want.
Depending on the design, we utilize one of our fabrication areas to fabricate the product from start to finish. Our fabrication division includes; full sheet metal capabilities, CNC machining, Plastic sheet fabrication, Mold making (Plastic injection, sand cast, die cast) and plastic injection.
This fabrication capability gives us the fastest time to market for our customers. Unlike most other industrial computer manufacturers that have moved their manufacturing out of the United States, we have expanded and remained in the United States so we can support our customers in a timely manner.
Once fabrication is complete, we assemble, test, box and drop ship directly to our customer. Many of our customers are large enterprises companies and have multiple locations. For these customers we offer full deployment services, managing the project from start to finish including post-project support. Installation services include on-site installation by our qualified trained technicians who install and test the product at each location.
This service is valuable to many of our large enterprise customers. Large roll-out services can cause a strain on resources and the ability to roll out new products to multiple locations in a timely manner.
For those customers who install the system on their own, we offer custom kitting that includes tools, cables, instructions, etc. that are needed for their installation team.
