Wall Mount Kiosk

The cutting-edge PeopleServ™ wall-mount kiosk is perfect for any space-saving kiosk application. Two innovative models, the WT-10 touch screen kiosk or the WK-20 keyboard kiosk. The enclosures are made of rugged ABS plastic. The ABS plastic enclosure is lightweight and durable. Since there is no paint the W-Series kiosk always looks good in any environment. The modular PC and modular peripherals let you maintain and expand the kiosk even in the ever-changing digital landscape. Add a camera and a handset for video conference applications. When addressing the public, a standard glass touch screen won’t cut it. The WT-10 comes standard with a .33” thick tempered glass PCAP touch screen. The WK-20 comes standard with a .156” thick protective tempered glass.

Secure it to the wall

The metal wall mounting plate has various mounting holes to secure the kiosk to the wall. For AC powered kiosks ample openings have been provided for AC plugs to be installed in the wall that can be covered by the kiosk. Ethernet can be easily accessed from the back of the kiosk.

Lift Off

Remove kiosk with lift off hinges

Labor is expensive. The unique lift off hinge system insures minimum down time and labor cost when replacing a kiosk in the field. Ship a new kiosk and install it in minutes without removing the back plate. Kiosk are only beneficial when they are being used. Up time is everything.

Rugged input

The WK-20 has a rugged waterproof 62 key stainless steel keyboard. Built the same as an ATM keyboard it is designed for indoor and outdoor ruggedness. Certain keys have been removed to prevent users from accessing the Windows operating system.

The waterproof rugged touchpad gives the user a smooth easy way to use a pointing device even in challenging environments.

The Freedom to choose is always the best. The WT-10 and WK-20 is designed to support any brand of mini or microcomputer box. Use Dell, HP, Lenovo or generic barebones computer to power your application. Special brackets are used for quick change out. This feature is great for computer maintenance replacements or upgrades. No longer are you limited to a particular configuration.

At the bottom of the WT-10 and WK-20 is a opening that can be used to add additional add on modules such as fingerprint reader, printer, scanners, payment, etc. This feature allows you to customize the kiosk to do what you need it to do.

Voltage?

Multiple internal power voltages

Most computers are limited on internal power voltages, but the WT-10 and the WK-20 has not only 12V power but 19V. The two voltages give you the freedom to select the PC of your choice and any add on peripherals

POE?

Power over Ethernet

No need to run expensive AC electric outlets to the location of the kiosk. Using the optional internal high-powered POE (powered over ethernet) system you can quickly put a WT-10 or WK-20 in any location. Sometimes it is not cost effective or practical to run extension cords to nearby AC outlets. Take the kiosk to where the it needs to be quickly and cost effectively.

Got AC?

Get electric

When you have AC electric use it. No need to worry about where to store the external power brick, it’s housed inside the inside the WT-10 and WK-20. One more advantage, its modular and can be easily replaced.

Run conduit pipe

The WT-10 and WT-20 backplate mounting bracket has generous space to run AC and ethernet through the wall to the kiosk, but sometimes you need to secure the wiring on the outside wall. Concrete and block walls are difficult to run wire through. The WT-10 and WT-20 has internal conduit connectors so that your installation is clean and secure. The internal conduit connector can be located in the top or bottom of the kiosk. Easy, clean and safe giving total flexibility of network and power.

Web camera

The optional web camera puts sight into your application. The web camera has an adjustable thumb wheel that will adjust the camera viewable area from high or low. This feature accommodates ADA compliant installations. The manual adjustment wheel gives the user the ability to get in the picture no matter of their height. Perfect for Video conferencing applications

Sometimes Voice is best

The WT-10 or the WT-20 can have an optional telephone handset and hook switch. Perfect for video conference applications. Select from an electric hook switch or non-functioning hook switch.

Biometric Access

Some applications need to verify access quickly and efficiently. The WK-20 and the WK-10 can support a biometric fingerprint reader. The biometric reader can be built into the WK-20 keyboard while the WT-10 accomplishes it with an add on module located at the bottom of the kiosk.
